E-learning Module for Confidential Advisors in Prevention

Goal: To raise organizational awareness of recurring signals and underlying dynamics that put social and psychological safety under pressure. Each module combines knowledge, relatable examples, and questions that help bring structural patterns into discussion.

When the Same Stories Keep Coming Up

Introduction:
As a confidential advisor, you sometimes hear the same stories recurring in different forms. Year after year. Department after department. The people change, but the dynamics remain. These are not incidents, but patterns.

Content:

  • Recognizable repetitions: “Nothing is done with feedback,” “Everyone knows, but no one says anything,” “HR doesn’t act on reports.”

  • The risk: normalization of unsafe conditions and loss of critical employees.

Reflection questions:

  • Which story do you hear repeatedly?

  • How could you make this repetition discussable without blaming?

Mini-poll:
“When I raise a problem, I am confident it will be taken seriously.”

Organizational recommendations input:
Structural analysis of feedback (e.g., via confidential advisors), cultural reflection by management, external review or audit.
